Dr. Kethurah Williams-Howell is the new Junior High School Principal for the University Heights Charter School. She has held many leadership roles including being a Middle School Division Leader, middle school principal, university academic dean, science department chair, and academic liaisons at many independent, public and public charter schools. Dr. Williams Howell focuses on areas including science, technology, engineering and mathematics. In addition, she has been successful in curriculum development, professional development, academic data assessment, tutoring, and has coordinated many international STEM and literacy-based enrichment camps, which provided an opportunity for students to make an impact as global citizens who seek innovative solutions to local and global problems through local, national and international partnerships.
Dr. Williams-Howell has been instrumental in the development of numerous innovative projects that are ongoing within education including her institution as well the community.
Dr. Williams Howell is married with two daughters and a son.
